My client, a market leading company within the energy, utility and finance software sector, is looking for a product specialist and technical support professional to work within their Cambridge office.
You will be needed to provide support for existing customers using bespoke software, and an exciting range of products offered by my client. You will be responsible for demonstrating and training new product releases. You will also have the oppertunity to use your technical skills of VB .net to work with the software products themselves to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
You will be supporting either on site or by telephone, a prestigious and established client base, and will have to have a high degree of initiative and logical thinking.
You will be of degree calibre and used to working in a customer focussed role within a high technology industry, and knowledge of utility provisioning, or Energy provisioning would be of advantage.
